Going slowly was a simple goal too. When he made sure to lose one pound per episode, the actor had about 7 days to lose one pound of weight. Inspired by a super achievable timeline, he started to lose weight and most importantly, maintain it. NO ALCOHOL

So far we know that Sean Murray took many baby steps to lose more weight, one of which was zero alcohol consumption. He said goodbye to alcohol forever and then indulged in a regular routine exercise instead.  Here are the benefits of quitting alcohol that might inspire you too:

When Sean Murray eliminated sugar completely, he automatically shifted to a virtually organic diet instead of unhealthy junk food. Organic food are agricultural products that are grown and processed. In the U.S, organic products have to be cultivates without the use of synthetic pesticides, bioengineered genes (GMOs), petroleum-based fertilizers, and sewage sludge-based fertilizers.

In addition to that, when it comes to eating organic livestock raised for meat, eggs, and dairy products you eat the livestock that has had access to the outdoors and be given organic feed. 

Organic foods often have more beneficial nutrients: They have more antioxidants and people with allergies to foods, chemicals, or preservatives can find their symptoms lessen or go away when they eat only organic foods.

Organic food is GMO-free: Genetically Modified Organisms are plants whose DNA has been altered in ways that cannot occur in nature or in traditional crossbreeding, most commonly in order to be resistant to pesticides or produce an insecticide.

In conclusion, Sean Murray’s weight loss was very achievable with the result of setting minimal goals. The actor did not opt for a difficult weight-loss routine which involved starving himself, working out excessively, or eliminating all carbohydrates from his diet (just the simple carbs). With 3 simple weight loss strategies he lost 25 pounds and it was a gradual yet sustainable process.  When the gradual uccesses began to build up, and over time, Sean Murray created a habit that allowed him to achieve his weight-loss goals and so can you.
