Xiaomi Mi 6X launched with AI dual cameras and SD660

A Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Xiaomi launched the successor of the last year Mi 5X, called Xiamoi Mi 6X. The company Mi 5X launched in China and it also is known as Xiaomi Mi A1 Android One smartphone in other markets. We can expect that the company might be launched the Xiaomi Mi 6X as Xiaomi Mi A2 in other markets. New Mi 6X comes with some improvements over its predecessor including, notch design screen, dual rear camera sensors and latest mid-range specs Snapdragon chipset on board. At the announcement event, the company claims that the dual rear cameras of Mi 6X will deliver flagship devices like Oppo’s R15 and Apple’s iPhone X.

Xiaomi Mi 6X features a 5.99-inch IPS display that supports 2160 x 1080 pixels of resolution and offers 18:9 aspect ratio. It comes with the metal body and curved rear panel. The phone will be available in Cherry Pink, Red Flame, Glacier Blue, Quicksand Gold, and Black Stone color options. There was speculation that the phone will feature with Snapdragon 625 chipset, but the Mi 6X is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset along with 2.2GHz Octa-Core CPU under the hood. The phone has Adreno 512 GPU for better graphics performance.
There will be three models of the Mi 6X available in China, first one come with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal storage option, the second one has 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal storage and last top model 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage. All three variants come with micro SD card slot on board. The phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out of the box along with MIUI 9.5  running on top.
The main highlighted feature of the phone is its dual rear camera. The Mi 6X featured with dual camera sensors on the back side along with phase detection autofocus, 2x optical zoom and LED flash, 20-megapixel Sony IMX376 sensor and 12-megapixel f/1.75 aperture and 1.25 μm pixel size. It has 20-megapixel Sony IMX376 sensor front-facing camera for taking selfies and video calling.

The Mi 6X is packed with Non-removable Li-Ion 3010 mAh capacity battery inside, it also supports Fast battery charging 5V/2A (Quick Charge 3.0) feature. You can charge Xiaomi Mi 6X 50% in just 30 minutes, it also comes with AI smart powering function. It comes with a fingerprint scanner on the back side, it also featured with Face Unlock feature. Unfortunately, there is no 3.5mm audio jack port.
In terms of connectivity, the phone comes with Hybrid Dual SIM slot and supports 4G LTE connectivity. It has Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, WiFi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C to 3.5 mm headphone jack adapter,  Type-C 1.0 reversible connector and more connectivity features.
The Xiaomi Mi 6X 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage model is available at 1,599 Yuan (~$253) price tag while the Mi 6X 6 GB RAM and 64 GB storage model is available at 1,799 Yuan (~$285) price tag. And the top model of Xiaomi Mi 6X is available at 1,999 Yuan (~$316) Price tag.
