  • Soak it in tamarind juice for around 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle salt over the bitter gourd pieces and let it sit for about 10 mins. This process will help in making bitter gourd palatable.
  • Sauté bitter gourd pieces in olive oil
  • Boil equal parts of vinegar and sugar. Pour this mixture on the bitter gourd and let it soak for around 10-15 mins. 
  • Add some carrots, amla, orange, ginger, bitter gourd, and beetroot in a juicer and prepare a juice. Drinking juice is easier than eating Bitter gourd.
