Amazon Prime Original’s upcoming psychological thriller ‘Homecoming’ is all set to create a stir with its world premiere on 2nd November. The Original Series marks the debut of the gorgeous Julia Roberts in the streaming space and the audience certainly can’t keep calm about it.
Touted to be a mind-boggling psychological drama, the plot is made up of a strong narrative centered around Heidi, a caseworker in a transition support centre that helps soldiers returning from war adjust to civilian life. She quits her profession at the facility hoping for a fresh and improved start but instead finds herself in a disconcerting situation.
Interestingly, the makers have now dropped a brand new video giving us a sneak peek into the series. The video opens with an interrogation scene, quite hypnotic in its appearance zooming in to a close look at Roberts’ character in the show.
The very first trailer of the series has already caught the audiences’ fancy for its unsettling vibe and dark setting. The sequence carefully synced with a husky voiceover is sure to pull the audience into a maze the more, as they watch it. With a massive fan base for her unmatched acting prowess and enchanting beauty, Julia Roberts also has incredible performances to her credit. Homecoming is a chronicle of a not-so-common plot delving into the strange power-game of ‘Civilian vs Government’.
