Hegde Sisters – Aashna & Khushi team up with Mika Singh for ‘Soni Gujarat Ni’

Ace singer Mika Singh leaves no stone unturned when it comes to surprising his fans. And this time, the versatile singer has a double treat for the audience. For the very first time he has sung a Gujarati song in the upcoming movie Golkeri’ and collaborated with popular social media stars – Aashna and Khushi Hegde. 

Set in recent times, the film showcases the complications and thought process of this generation. Hence, the music also resonates with the flavour of today. A romantic flick at heart the story is much relatable by showing the relationship between children and their supportive parents. The film features renowned and versatile actors Malhar Thakkar, Manasi Parekh Gohil, Sachin Khedekar and Vandana Pathak. 

Titled as ‘Soni Gujarat Ni’, the song is a grooving number and perfect dance beats. It marks Aashna and Khushi’s debut on the silver screen.

Speaking about the project, Aashna Hegde says, “It was an amazing experience working with Mika sir and the entire team. They made us feel so comfortable and warm on the set. Working with my sister Khushi was equally exciting. Looking forward to people seeing and giving us their love.” 

Adds debutante Khushi Hegde, “It was a superb experience. Working with the entire team taught me so much. I would always cherish these memories. Really looking forward to hearing from the audience.”

The elated duo is grateful towards Manasi Parekh Gohil who recently mesmerised the audience with her strong performance in Uri as well as Parthiv Gohil, a renowned name in the Gujarati industry. The sisters are thankful to both of them for giving the opportunity of being a part of this song alongside such an ensemble cast.
