‘StatsMetrika’ is the first to launch CDISC in India

Healthcare solutions provider ‘StatsMetrika’ has become the first to introduce CDISC (Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium) Standards in India.
Reportedly, many international drugs and medicine regulatory organizations like the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA), Japanese Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA) and the European Medicines Agency (EMA) have recommended using CDISC.
Interestingly, StatsMetrika is credited for introducing the CDISC standards for the first time in India and helping the firms to comply with the international regulatory standards.

According to Founder and CEO Gaurav Chauhan of the company the main objective of introducing the CDISC standards is to help the clinical trial and other pharma firms to successfully convert the unstructured data into a standard format with the proprietary process and accelerators.
Moreover, this process will enable a faster, efficient and reliable conversion of existing clinical trial data to standard domain. The structure would be a part of the regulatory authorities for the review and approval.
